How to realise the truth

We often shape our perceptions according to our own will. We tend to believe in things and convictions which we are able to understand. As per normal human psychology, we don't believe in things or convictions which are beyond the realms of our consciousness.

In this era of mass academic enlightenment, we very often make the mistake of suffering from a superiority complex which states that 'the truth cannot exist beyond my understanding'. But one will be able to realise the truth when he tells himself/herself, "truth may exist beyond the realms of my consciousness".

The person who is interested in exploring the truth should learn to live in the present. A recap of the past and a peek into the future pushes one away from god thus preventing him/her from exploring the truth.

Living in present will dilute the selfish element of 'I' inside us. A recap of the past or a peek into the future will fill us with knowledge and information. But if we learn to live in the present, we will be able to develop an emotional connection with our present.

Living in present will help us to reorganise our energy towards our goals and help us to achieve the objectives of our lives.

A new state of consciousness develops in our mind while living in present after reorganising our energy. This new state of mind will immerse us in work by learning from the past and making a visionary path into the future.
